Product warranty:
- Products are measured and tested before packing.
- Quality control certificate, including measurements is provided with product.
- Unique identification number is noted on loudspeaker and QC certificate
- Any technical issue will be evaluated by Kartesian company in order to identify the root cause.
- Shipment fees to ship back the products are handled by customer if no assembling issue are identified by Kartesian.
